No! We offer this tracking service free of charge as an added bonus of choosing us for your landscaping needs.

We understand the importance of customer privacy and take it very seriously. Our server is setup so that your information is used only during the creation of the tracking link and remains live on the server until delivery is complete (average of 30 minutes). This link is sent to the email on the order and the link is never reused. When the truck arrives on site, your link will load to a delivery complete page, which will be accessible for a few hours to allow you the opportunity to review the details.

Our tandems have center gates which allow for certain deliveries to be combined onto a single truck. These paired deliveries are usually in the same direction/area so on average this stop should be 5 to 10 minutes. If your delivery tracker link displays this message it means your driver will be unloading an order before heading your way. This message will disappear when the vehicle is on its way to you.

Some addresses, most commonly rural, may have difficulties being located by Google Maps. You will still receive a link for you to track your delivery. It is important to note that just because the automated system cannot find you, it doesn't mean we can't. rest assured, we will call if verification is needed!

• There are two options for sand in play boxes: Play Sand, which holds its shape when wet, but may stick to clothing, or Garden Sand that stays loose even when wet and is less likely to stick to clothing.

• We offer products by the pail. You can bring your own container or purchase a 20L pail from us to fill with the material(s) of your choice.
