Low Priority Services 

Full Clear & Haul:  This complete service involves our equipment operators clearing snow from the entire lot and having it hauled off the property by our fleet of trucks.  For best results the entire lot should be empty of vehicles prior to our scheduled arrival to ensure no obstacles impede the clear.

Pass-Through: Equipment operators do a plowing pass through of the property opening up all the main roads and lots.  Snow is not removed from individual parking stalls unless the space is large and clear of vehicles.

Scrape Down: Equipment operators break up and remove packed snow and ice covering the lot.  

Sanding: A sanding vehicle does multiple passes through the property to ensure all potentially icy surfaces are addressed and safe for your tenants/customers.
