A construction grade soil mix composed of topsoil, peat, washed sand and compost and is screened at 1”. This soil is used for under sod, grading or building up around the foundation of your home.

Formally known as Cheetham's 5-way. Our top quality soil mix is double screened through a ¼”. Only the very best ingredients go into this special blend – topsoil, peat, washed sand, manure and sandy loam. The high content of manure and the addition of sandy loam make this soil blend perfect for topping up existing flower beds and vegetable gardens and as a lawn dressing.

A washed uniform sand, screened at 1.5 mm making an excellent product for bricklaying.

A combination of organic material and chipped branches, this mulch creates a raw, natural look. Mulch can also be used as a weed barrier with a minimum depth of 6”. As mulch decomposes, breaks down and is exposed to the elements, it will need to be topped up to maintain coverage. Mulch is a wonderful way to create different focal points throughout your yard, adding it to your garden, yard decoration, or tree rings.

A fine grain washed sand removing any silt and/or clay particles to help create a smooth finish. Primarily used in plaster mixes.

Also known as Beach Sand or Blow Sand, our finest sand that has been washed and screened to create the ultimate product! This sand holds its shape when wet, making it ideal for creating sand castles, building your private beach or under pool liners to prevent punctures. A mixture of sphagnum, peat moss, manure, vermiculite and perlite, screened at ¾”. The addition of vermiculite and perlite makes this soil blend perfect for use in flowerpots and hanging baskets.

This well-aged cow manure can be used to add nutrients to a depleted vegetable or flower garden.

The upper layer of soil stripped off the field and screened at 1”. Recommended uses: building up ground level which is then topped off with a soil mix for sod installation or seeding.

Screenings are a result of our soil mix production. After the crushing and screening process, a rough material of golf ball to softball sized clumps is created. It is recommended for use as fill before putting down a good soil mix.
